Privacy policy

This document describes our privacy policy.
It has been last updated on 2023, January 1st.

1. Personal data protection regulations

There are various international, European or national texts that are applicable today in terms of personal data protection. The main ones are:

PWI Consulting undertakes to comply with its obligations under the aforementioned regulations and, in particular, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is thanks to this commitment to compliance that PWI Consulting's clients and partners are also able to meet at least part of their regulatory obligations.

We strongly encourage all our customers and partners to be particularly vigilant on these aspects of compliance.

Other more specific regulations may also exist, in particular for certain special categories of personal data. This is the case for the processing of health data, data concerning regulated professions, etc. It is up to the customer or partner to clearly identify the regulations applicable to its activities, in order to comply with them. Choosing the right consultant is imperative to comply with your own obligations regarding the protection of personal data.

Collection of personal data by PWI Consulting on this website

Access to most of this website is free and public. You do not need any registration or registration to view the pages we make available to the public. You can freely browse this site without having to provide us with any personal data.

In this case, we do not have any personal data about you.

However, some features may require us to ask you for a way to contact you. This is for example the case of the contact form which, for a minimum of efficiency, asks that you provide us with a way to reach you, e-mail address or telephone number.

We may therefore be required, in this context, to process personal data concerning you.

The purpose of this policy is to describe all the processing of personal data concerning you that PWI Consulting may be required to carry out, and to specify the conditions.

Cookies management

This website uses cookies. In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, the exhaustive list of cookies used is communicated, and the user must give his consent or express his refusal:

  • some technical cookies are considered mandatory for the proper functioning of this website; their list and the role of each of them are communicated to the user, and the user cannot refuse them
  • other cookies are considered optional; their list and the role of each of them are communicated to the user, and the latter has the possibility to accept or reject each of them individually.

Because the GDPR states that the website must be able to prove the user's consent to the use of cookies, we must retain this consent. Its components (date of consent, list of accepted cookies) are therefore integrated into mandatory technical cookies. This consent does not contain personal data such as surname, first name or login identifier, but is recorded on the medium used to connect to this website, personal computer, mobile phone or tablet.

For more detailed informations, please refer to our cookies management policy.

Retention of personal data

Technical cookies - not including the user's consent - which are mandatory for the proper functioning of this website are kept for an unlimited period of time.

The collected information described above, including the user's consent to the use of cookies, is kept for one year, and automatically deleted at the end of this period. This explicit consent will therefore be requested again when you revisit this website in one year.

Collection of personal data by PWI Consulting during a mission

During a mission entrusted to PWI Consulting by a client or partner, or in which a member of PWI Consulting participates, we may be required to become aware of or have to process information relating to a person.

We may therefore be concerned, also in this context, by the regulations on the protection of personal data.

All operations and processing concerning personal data will be the subject of an annex to the contract concluded with the client or the partner specific to the mission, depending on whether PWI Consulting is prime contractor or subcontractor.

That said, our DNA prohibits any invasion of privacy. Thank you for not expecting it from us.
